You should wear your Invisalign aligners up to 22 hours a day. This means your teeth will move on schedule and you can stick to your bespoke treatment plan. You can easily remove them while eating, brushing, or flossing.
When injected appropriately, the results will be seen after the first treatment. It takes two to four days before the muscle weakening effect takes place. The maximum effect occurs at about 10 to 14 days. The effect then lasts up to three months.
Clean your aligners every night with your toothbrush, keeping them free of any bacteria or stains. Make sure to brush your teeth each time you go to put your aligners back on, so nothing becomes trapped between the aligner and the teeth. You can also use the Invisalign cleaning system to rinse them. Your dentist will also provide specific advice on how to care for your aligners.
